  1. How do I add a promo code?

    Promo codes can be applied when you place an item on your Shopping Cart and ready to make a payment.  You will see 'Enter promo code' text box on your Shopping Cart page. Enter your code and click Apply.  Please note Terms and Conditions apply to promo codes.


  2. Can I view BAYNARU in another language?

    Our website is available in multiple languages. To change the language, go to the “My menu”-> “Language” and select the language of your choice.

  3. What do I need to bring with me?

    You need to bring a printed copy of your coupon or voucher. All tour/activity organizers and attractions accept printed copies. Some attractions and operators allow you to show your coupon or voucher on your mobile device. Also, some attractions or tours may ask each of you to bring your photo ID. Please note, if ID is required, it will be stated on the voucher.

    Your voucher may also indicate if your activity requires or recommends bringing additional items. For example, driving excursions often require a valid driver’s license. Outdoor or sporting activities may suggest you to bring sunscreen or water bottles for your comfort and safety.

  4. Once I have arrived in Korea, who should I contact for help?

  5. Where can I find my coupons?

    Once you download a coupon from BAYNARU, you will be able to find it at My Page > Coupon.
